Job summary

The Timber in Gatlinburg, TN is seeking a Concierge & Bartender to blend guest services with beverage service in a low-volume lounge. This role requires welcoming guests, assisting with check-in, and providing local recommendations while maintaining lounge standards.

Based in the Stillhouse lounge, you will handle guest requests, respond to concerns promptly, and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of bartending experience (required).
• ABC license or willingness to obtain within 7 days (required).
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days (required).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Serve as concierge and ambassador in low-volume lounge and lobby.
• Provide recommendations for local activities, dining and attractions.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness and bar setup, manage glassware and garnishes.
• Enter beverage orders and ensure proper ID checks.
• Assist with guest directions, luggage and reservations.
• Communicate issues to managers and document follow-ups.
