Job description

The Concierge Banking Officer is responsible for delivering personalized, high-touch banking services to High Net Worth (HNW) individuals and families. This role acts as a single point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience across a wide range of banking and financial services. The ideal candidate has strong relationship management skills, in-depth knowledge of financial products, and the ability to anticipate and meet the complex needs of affluent clientele.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following.
  • Serve as a dedicated relationship manager for HNW clients, delivering white-glove high touch service across all banking needs
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with clients to understand their financial goals, preferences, and service expectations
  • Provide personalized concierge services including account management, transaction support, travel assistance, and access to exclusive banking privileges
  • Collaborate with internal departments
  • Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and refer clients to appropriate specialists as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies during client interactions and transactions
  • Resolve client issues and inquiries efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of service and confidentiality
  • Organize exclusive client events or experiences to build loyalty and engagement
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job does not have managerial responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in private, retail, or concierge banking
  • Proven track record of client relationship management and sales performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investments, credit, and insurance.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential client information
