We are hiring a Concierge Attendant - $13.00 to $15.60/hr

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:30 PM to 11:00 PM

Job Summary

The hotel concierge plays a vital role in providing guests with a memorable "Guest Experience." You will be the go-to person for guests seeking ideas to enhance their visit, armed with knowledge of the area's top attractions, making their stay unforgettable.

Responsibilities
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs.
  • Assist individuals with disabilities.
  • Express gratitude to guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Prepare and review written documents accurately.
  • Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Support team efforts to reach common goals.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
