Job summary

Pinch is redefining at-home aesthetics by empowering an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to deliver concierge care across Colorado. You will inject neurotoxins, perform microneedling, peels, and skincare, working with clients sourced via Pinch marketing and your network.

The role offers autonomy with clear protocols, ongoing education, malpractice coverage, and marketing support. Flexible part-time scheduling lets you grow a book while maintaining patient safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado APRN license.
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin) and comfort treating independently.
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge).
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and safety commitment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge aesthetic care including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, and skincare.
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records.
• Manage supplies responsibly and follow Pinch protocols.
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team.
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book.
