Job summary

Pinch is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (APRN) in Minnesota for concierge aesthetics on a 1099 part-time basis. You’ll deliver neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, and skincare experiences directly to clients, while maintaining autonomy within Pinch protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota APRN license (full practice authority preferred).
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently.
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.).
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, and skincare experiences.
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records.
• Manage supplies responsibly.
• Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards.
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team.
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book.
