Job summary

Pinch Med, Inc. is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector (APRN) in Maryland to expand the concierge aesthetics program.

This 1099 role offers top-of-market pay on a per-treatment basis, flexible scheduling, and the ability to practice autonomously with Pinch clinical protocols. You will deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic care at clients' homes, including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, and skincare, while maintaining documentation and compliance

Qualifications

• Active Maryland APRN license
• Injectables experience in aesthetics
• Experience in clinical aesthetics settings (med spa, derm, concierge, etc.)
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and safety commitment

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge aesthetic care including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, and skincare
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records
• Manage supplies responsibly
• Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the clinical/support team
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book
