Job summary

Pinch is seeking an Experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector (APRN) in Massachusetts to join its concierge aesthetics program as an independent contractor. You’ll deliver high-quality, safe aesthetic care at clients’ homes, including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, and skincare experiences, while building your own client book.

Ideal candidates have a MA APRN license, injectables experience, and a strong commitment to safety and patient communication.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts APRN license required.
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin) and comfort treating independently.
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, concierge, etc.).
• Strong patient communication and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, and skincare services.
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records.
• Manage supplies responsibly and follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards.
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the clinical/support team; use the Pinch platform to retain clients and grow your book.
