Job summary

Pinch Med, Inc. is expanding its concierge aesthetics program in Virginia and seeks an experienced APRN injector to join as a 1099 contractor on a part‑time basis.

You’ll deliver high‑quality neurotoxin injections, microneedling, and peels in a flexible schedule, while maintaining autonomy over the patient experience. You bring aesthetic clinical experience, strong communication, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia APRN license.
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin) and comfort treating independently.
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, etc.).
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and safety commitment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high‑quality concierge aesthetic care including: neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, skincare.
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records.
• Manage supplies responsibly and follow Pinch protocols.
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the clinical/support team.
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book.
