Job summary

Pinch Med, Inc. is seeking Founding APRN Providers to deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in clients' homes across Pennsylvania. As a 1099 contractor, you set your own schedule, choose your clients, and build your practice with Pinch's backing and overhead coverage.

You'll lead home-based aesthetics with support on marketing, supplies, and ongoing training. Active PA APRN license and injectable certification are required or you can complete Pinch's Master Certification.

Qualifications

• Active APRN license in Pennsylvania.
• Certification in injectables - or willingness to complete Pinch’s Master Certification.
• Availability to attend in-person training if new to injectables.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials safely to Pinch's standards.
• Build client base by treating clients from marketing and personal network.
• Own your schedule, averaging 10–20 client visits per week.
• Grow the business with Pinch marketing tools for outreach and referrals.
• Maintain a polished practice with proper supplies and accurate records.
