Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities in Upper Marlboro, MD, seeks a friendly Concierge to greet residents and visitors, deliver outstanding service, and help create a warm, welcoming environment. You will be the first point of contact, coordinating with team members to meet resident needs.

The role requires weekend availability, a fast-paced demeanor, and exceptional communication, organization, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must have MMR vaccination.
• 3 years of concierge experience.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Shift is Friday and Saturday 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized.
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set.

Responsibilities

• Be the first impression for residents, families and visitors.
• Provide extraordinary service and address resident needs with professionalism.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff.
