Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc. is seeking a Concierge to greet residents, families and visitors with warmth and professionalism. You will be the first impression and ensure extraordinary service in a fast-paced environment at our premier retirement community.

The successful candidate will be kind, patient, and highly organized, with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. Weekend night availability is required, and growth within Watermark is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must have MMR vaccination.
• 3 years of concierge experience.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Shift is Friday and Saturday 11:00 PM-7:00 AM.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first impression and contact at the community for residents, families and visitors.
• Provide extraordinary service and support to residents and guests.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and represent Watermark's operating principles.
