Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Concierge for our Scottsdale retail center. The role warmly assists guests, guides them to retailers and attractions, and delivers an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in hospitality or customer service, demonstrates professional demeanor, and can manage multiple tasks while staying guest-focused. This on-site position offers full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Concierge Energetic, friendly, and professional individuals needed to provide outstanding service for a retail center. The ideal Concierge is an individual who has a passion for providing an exceptional experience to guests. The Concierge Team will serve as experts and the primary resource for guests seeking information about the property and surrounding attractions.

Must have superior customer service skills in a fast-paced environment, as well as be able to stay focused on goals during downtime. Professional appearance and demeanor is a must. Estimated total compensation for this position: $20/hour. The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. Schedule: 40 hours per week 9:45 AM to 6:15 PM 10:15 AM to 7:15 PM.
