Oakmont Management Group, operating Ivy Living communities, seeks a Concierge to greet visitors and support residents and staff. You will fulfill resident requests, arrange property tours, answer a multi-line phone, and provide clerical support in alignment with our mission and values.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, teamwork, and safety, including monitoring communications and ensuring a welcoming, secure environment for residents and families.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• For health and safety of our team members and residents, vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.
