Role Description The Concierge is a full time or part-time, on-site role located at South Ponte Vedra Ocean Club in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.

This role is responsible for warmly welcoming members and guests, providing information about club amenities, and assisting with day-to-day needs to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Typical tasks include handling reservations for dining and activities, coordinating special requests, and offering personalized recommendations for services and local attractions.

The Concierge will manage reception duties such as answering phones, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a professional front desk presence. The role also involves working closely with other club departments to support events, resolve service issues promptly, and uphold high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and concierge services skills, with a focus on delivering personalized, high-quality member experiences.
• Experience handling reservations and scheduling for dining, activities, and events in a hospitality or club environment.
• Utilize GolfNow 365 premier for club/restaurant software, SK-Net, plus Canva and ChatGpt
• Effective communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication with members, guests, and team members.
• Receptionist duties experience, such as greeting guests, answering calls, managing inquiries, and maintaining an organized front desk.
• Proven ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced setting, with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and reliability, including punctuality and consistent follow-through on member requests.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft 365, Word, Excel), standard office equipment- multi line phone system, copier and 10 key calculator, etc

Availability to work full or part-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The hours rotate amongst all personnel in this position

Full-time or part-time will not exceed 40 hours weekly at this time.
