Job summary

C2 Tactical in Phoenix, AZ seeks a versatile frontline associate to service VIP customers in the exclusive 338 Club. You will complete POS transactions, advise on firearms and ammo products, and support the online booking system.

Responsibilities include range check-in, reservations, and coordinating with lanes, as well as handling inventory counts, class signups, memberships and social media tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Point-of-Sale system experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50 pounds while standing.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to use computer for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Range Traffic Control (30%). Maintain orderly check-in of customers in and out of the range, handle inbound calls and reservation coordination, and ensure proper safety equipment.
• Customer Service (40%). Assist VIP clients with questions, scheduling range time, conference room use, catering, etc.
• Administration (30%). Regular ammunition counts, class signups, memberships, social media marketing and other duties as assigned.
