Job summary

Adamas Building Services in Long Branch, NJ is seeking an exceptional concierge to deliver white-glove service to residents of luxury properties. You will greet residents and guests, manage visitor logs, answer calls, assist with building information, oversee deliveries, and help keep the lobby and package area organized while coordinating with the lead concierge and management.

The ideal candidate is professional, punctual, computer-literate, and able to work flexible hours; Sora license

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sora License preferred.
• Must be professional, reliable, and have excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be computer savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Meeting/Greeting residents and guests and maintaining logbooks for all visitors.
• Answering phone calls and assisting callers with information and/or instructions for the building.
• Responding to inquiries on neighborhood services when applicable.
• Receiving and overseeing deliveries, mail and packages for residents.
• Inspecting the buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness and reporting issues.
• Keeping lobby area, front desk and package area organized, neat and clean.
• Providing excellent customer service and communicating with lead concierge and management.

Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional customer service-oriented Concierge with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York, Florida and Pennsylvania.

We have openings at our Long Branch, NJ location.

Schedule:Open

Pay Rate: $16.50

The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

• Meeting/Greeting residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit and maintain logbooks for all visitors
• Answering phone calls and assisting callers with information and/or instructions for the building
• Responding to inquiries on neighborhood services when applicable.
• Receiving and overseeing deliveries, mail and packages for residents
• Inspecting the buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness and reporting any issues to the maintenance department.
• Assisting management with any request for residents in the building
• Keeping lobby area, front desk and package are organized, neat and clean
• Properly communicating with lead concierge and Management.
• Providing excellent customer service

Requirements

• Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
• Ability to use a general office equipment such as computer, telephone, fax machine, as well as other computer tracking systems used at the property.
• Should be computer savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet
• Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy.

Other Requirements

• Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis; Overtime may be required for this position.
• Ability to work weekends and non-traditional holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
