The Concierge plays a pivotal role in the boutique experience, responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of client traffic and delivering unparalleled hospitality from the moment a client arrives to the moment they leave. This is a support role to the leadership and sales teams, focused entirely on creating a warm, welcoming, and elevated environment that reflects the standard of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Arrival & Engagement: Warmly greet every client upon arrival, set the tone for their visit, and create an atmosphere of luxury hospitality from the first interaction.
• Floor Flow Management: Manage the pace and flow of the sales floor, thoughtfully directing clients to the appropriate advisor and ensuring no client is left waiting or unattended.
• Appointment Coordination: Schedule and confirm client appointments and maintain the boutique calendar in coordination with leadership and the sales team.
• Hospitality & Refreshments: Offer beverages, refreshments, and thoughtful touches that enhance the client experience. Check in periodically to ensure clients feel cared for throughout their visit.
• Team Support: Coordinate sales team lunches and breaks to ensure floor coverage is never compromised, and provide general hospitality support that allows advisors to remain focused on their clients.
• Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of boutique events, including private viewings and VIP gatherings.
• Client Experience: Foster warm relationships with returning clients to make each visit feel personal and welcomed.
• Feedback & Insights: Gather client feedback and share observations with leadership to help refine and elevate the client experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, the sales team, and fellow concierge to maintain a cohesive, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or fine dining is highly desirable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with natural warmth and the ability to make anyone feel welcome.
