Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a part-time Concierge at Elison Independent & Assisted Living of Maplewood in Bridgeport, WV. You will greet residents and visitors, manage a busy front desk, answer calls, and support a courteous and secure lobby environment.

Responsibilities include directing inquiries, maintaining professional communications, and assisting team members at the front desk. The role emphasizes friendly service, discretion, and teamwork in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents, families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage the reception area for telephone and mail communications.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk.
• Make rounds around community for security procedures.
• Provide basic information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.

What does a Concierge at Sagora do?

What do you need to be a Concierge?

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members.
