Job summary

UCHealth Anschutz Pavilion in Aurora, CO seeks a friendly Guest Services representative to provide information, directions, and accommodations for patients and visitors. This onsite role requires empathy, active listening, and the ability to work evenings in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with staff, coordinate transport as needed, and help create a positive, efficient experience. Two years of relevant experience are preferred, with healthcare exposure a plus.

• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: 2 years healthcare industry experience.

Department: Guest Services

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Evenings

Pay: $19.10 - $24.83 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary

Provides information, directions, and accommodations for varying needs of customers, including but not limited to patients and visitors. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable team member who contributes to a positive and collaborative culture through professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate demonstrates empathy and active listening while providing exceptional support to patients, visitors, and colleagues. They are adaptable, eager to learn, and willing to cross-train in multiple workstations to meet the needs of the team and ensure excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Receives, screens, routes, and/or responds to incoming requests and/or needs for our customers, including but not limited to patients and visitors.

• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
