Sodexo is hiring a Concessions Worker at HARD ROCK STADIUM for part-time, open-availability shifts. You will support high-volume, live-event concessions by preparing, stocking, and serving food and beverages in various concession formats, including stands, kiosks, and portable locations.

Role emphasizes speed of service, product availability, cleanliness, and teamwork. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior concessions or customer service experience preferred, and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior concessions, food service, or customer service experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol and hold valid alcohol-service certifications (TIPS/TEAM) or equivalent.
• Food Handler certification may be required based on state or local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and serve concession food and beverage items according to established recipes and procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing concession locations, including setup, breakdown, and cleanup.
• Operate basic food service equipment such as warmers, grills, fryers, or beverage dispensers as assigned.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and maintain regular attendance.
• Other duties may be assigned based on business needs.

Concessions Workers play a critical role in ensuring concession stands are properly stocked, service-ready, and operating efficiently during peak periods.The Concessions Worker may work in permanent concession stands, portable or mobile locations, kiosks, autonomous retail stores or support areas. Service formats may include grab-and-go, made-to-order items, or pre-packaged food and beverage offerings.
