Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work to a food service team and supervises task completion.
• Trains and guides staff on duties, food safety, sanitation and customer service.
• Prepares and builds food items following standardized recipes and directions.
• Stores food properly by following safety policies and procedures.
• Sets up work stations and service counters; maintains stations and equipment.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes work areas and stations.
• Serves food to customers and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Replenishes items to maintain stock at appropriate levels.
• Maintains excellent customer service and a positive demeanor toward guests and staff.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and sanitation requirements.
