Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking seasonal Concessions Supervisors to lead team members in delivering exceptional guest service and smooth concession operations during events.

The role focuses on assigning duties, training staff on POS, managing inventory, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring stands are stocked and compliant with safety standards. A background in food service and supervisory experience is preferred; no degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to scheduled team members.
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
• Verify daily and end of month inventory counts for designated areas.
• Help train new stand employees on concessions operations including how to work the POS system.
• Enure the concessions stands are stocked during and after the game, order supplies when needed.
• Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary.

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Concessions Supervisors to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

Pay

$18.00 - $18.00 / hour
