Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Stand Lead to oversee designated concession stands during events. You will train staff, supervise daily activities, and ensure all transactions align with RAMP standards.

The role requires cash handling, inventory control, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked stand throughout events. The ideal candidate has prior stand or food service experience, is fluent in English, and can work extended hours, including nights and weekends, in an open outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to handle cash and inventory efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

• Must meet health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers; assigns duties within the stand.
• Analyzes and resolves problems with supervisor or management assistance.
• Oversees stand setup and closing procedures.
• Keeps stations, back of stand, and storerooms clean and stocked; orders replacements as needed.
• Completes required paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Investigates discrepancies in money and inventory.
• On events, ensures accuracy of location bank, opening/closing inventory, transfers, spoilage, and meals.
• Ensures transaction totals are accurate for cashiers on a random basis.
• Maintains a quality appearance of the concession location at all times.
• During closing, assists in cleaning equipment and stocking for the next event.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

The Role

The Concessions Stand Lead is responsible for the complete operation of assigned concession stands. Trains personnel, supervises and directs the work activities of others. All Concessions Stand Leads report directly to the Concessions Supervisor of the assigned stand. All transactions must be completed in accordance with Pennsylvania's RAMP standards.

Responsibilities

• At closing, works with other stand personnel to properly clean equipment and organize stock for next event
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Prior experience as a stand attendant or other food service worker is necessary
• Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards
• Must be able to handle cash and inventory efficiently and the ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting
• Must be able to work fluently in English
• Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs/ramps
• Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
• Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.

Licenses & Certifications:

Required - RAMP certification (can be provided by Legends upon hiring if necessary)

Follow and encourage your team to follow all safety policies and procedures, including but not limited to looking for and reporting any unsafe work conditions, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.

Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company's risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day that the safety incident has been reported to you.
