Job summary

Levy Sector in Minnesota is seeking a Concessions Stand Lead to oversee daily operations at events. You will manage staff, ensure friendly service, and handle cash and inventory.

Qualifications

• Experience in concessions or food service is preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff during events.
• Strong cash handling and POS skills.

Responsibilities

• Sells concessions, including soft drinks and food items, to spectators at events.
• Receives money from customers and makes correct change.
• Monitors money in cash drawer to ensure adequate change is available.
• Takes inventory of supplies and equipment; maintains stock at required levels.
• Trains stand attendants.
• Oversees accuracy of timekeeping and compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations.
• Contributes to the team; maintains professionalism with customers and coworkers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for the successful operation of concession stand to which he/she is assigned. Supervises staff.
