Sodexo at HARD ROCK STADIUM is seeking a Concessions Stand Lead for events. You’ll supervise staff, ensure fast service, maintain standards, and resolve guest concerns during high-volume periods.

The role emphasizes staff leadership, training support, and coordination with the Concessions Supervisor. A high school diploma or GED, and relevant certifications, are required to perform alcohol service responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years of concessions, food service, or customer service experience.
• Prior lead experience preferred.
• Must be of legal age to lead alcohol service.
• Valid TIPS or equivalent alcohol-service certification.
• Food handler certification may be required by state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned concession locations during events.
• Provide guidance and support to staff during peak service periods.
• Address guest concerns and escalate to the Concessions Supervisor when appropriate.
• Communicate staffing needs or supply shortages to leadership.
• Support onboarding and training of concession staff.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Attend work shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client needs.

This role supports daily stand operations by directing concession staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring efficient execution during high-volume periods. The Concessions Stand Lead works closely with the Concessions Supervisor to support staffing, service flow, and guest satisfaction.Concessions Stand Leads are actively involved in operations and serve as the primary point of contact for staff assigned to their stand.
