Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashiering/stand worker duties, including transactions. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in preparation and service areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs sales transactions efficiently.
• Enters all sales into the terminal to ensure accurate recording.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Observes customer purchases and differentiates standard portions.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages, and supplies while maintaining cleanliness.
• Keeps pastry case stocked.
• Ensures compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Follows sanitation, ServSafe, and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
