Job summary

Chartwells Higher Ed is seeking a Supervisor, Concessions to lead operations at Cal Poly's concession stands. This full-time role requires strong guest service skills, supervision of staff, and adherence to food safety and cash handling procedures.

You will manage multiple concession stands, train team members, and ensure smooth service during varied shifts while maintaining a safe and welcoming guest experience. 25/hour plus benefits available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year leadership experience.
• Prior food service, concessions and/or cashiering experience; supervisory or team lead experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.
• Greets, directs, and responds to guests’ questions and needs.
• Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
• Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
• Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
