Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years supervisory or lead experience in a high-volume foodservice operation.
• Servsafe Managers or equivalent certification.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide good customer service and respond positively to complaints.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures to variety of situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to operate food service with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure staffing levels are appropriate for service.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, and storage of food and supplies.
• Coach and train crew members and ensure proper sanitation and safety standards.
• Communicate schedules, attendance, and performance feedback.
• Resolve customer and vendor issues promptly and professionally.
