Job summary

Chattanooga Concessions LLC in Collegedale, TN is seeking an energetic Concessions Operations team member to join our crew. This fast-paced, customer-facing role puts you at the heart of the action, serving great food and experiences to guests.

You will handle cash transactions, work as part of a team, and help with opening/closing duties while upholding food safety standards. Flexible availability, including evenings and event days, is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in concessions, food service, or a similar customer-facing role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and event days.
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverage items quickly and accurately at concession stands.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at the concession stand and surrounding areas.
• Restock supplies, condiments, and inventory throughout shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service to guests in a high-volume environment.
• Follow food safety and handling guidelines at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties including setup and breakdown of concession areas.
