Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concession Supervisor in Jacksonville, FL to oversee concessions staff, manage event paperwork, and ensure stock levels. The role requires strong customer service, health-code compliance, and POS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience.
• Two years of management experience in food and beverage.
• Serve Safe certification (Managers Certification) required.
• Excel and Microsoft proficiency required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule, and supervise concessions staff.
• Assist in settling concessions event paperwork.
• Maintain stock levels using prior sales history.
• Assist supervisor with day-to-day operations.
• Monitor health and fire regulations for food prep and service.
• Work with other supervisors on distribution of products to stands and bars.
• Ensure all POS systems are in proper working condition prior to events.
