Legends Global seeks a Concessions Supervisor to support concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality in Bristow, VA. You will lead event-day staff, train team members, and ensure quality across high-volume venues.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and fluency in English. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized with time management skills.
• Must meet health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be able to work fluently in English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in training and counseling of event staff.
• Directly manage event day staff with customer interaction.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcohol and compliance within procedures.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product/food quality.
• Interact with coworkers to ensure compliance with service standards and inventory.
• Conduct physical audit of inventory and product, perform reconciliations.
