  • Manage small-to-midsize client accounts and act as their primary point of contact
  • Support event execution onsite for Colorado-based activations
  • Help fulfill sponsor deliverables and integrate branding into event setups
  • Create and manage detailed event timelines, staffing plans, and inventory lists
  • Analyze post-event data to identify improvements in operations, staffing, and sales
  • Maintain Peak standards for service, cleanliness, safety, and compliance

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A natural problem-solver who can pivot when things change on the fly
  • Comfort working in a high-volume, collaborative environment
  • Prior experience in events, operations, hospitality, or logistics preferred
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, checklists, and staying ahead of a deadline

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years experience in event coordination, concessions, hospitality, or operations
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and/or project tools (Asana, Airtable, Trello)
  • Experience managing client accounts or vendor relationships
  • Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends based on event schedule

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with sponsorship coordination or branded activations
  • Familiarity with inventory management or concessions equipment
  • Background in food & beverage, festival/event production, or retail logistics
  • Comfort analyzing sales or staffing data to drive improvements
