The ideal candidate will be an experienced food and beverage leader that drives operational performance and execution.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS* Understands all menus, product offerings, packaging and pricing.* Ensure all concession areas have proper displays.* Executes all safety and sanitation standards.* Provides operational planning to ensure appropriate scheduling levels are met, as well as products ordered to service each concession event.* Builds and maintains respectful relationships with clients and guests.* Responds and assists in any departmental guest service issues.* Executes all menus, promotions as outlined by the Director of Operations/Director of Concession.* Follows and enforces responsible alcohol service policies.* Effectively verifies all opening and closing inventories.* Ensures required department reports are completed and information is compiled at month-end closing.* Ensures assigned areas are fully stocked and are ready for operation.* Ensures on-site training of the current POS system and concession equipment.* Other responsibilities, as needed.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends & ASM policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
