Job Summary

As a Concessions Manager, you will lead and motivate hourly team members to deliver excellent guest service and quality food. You should be an experienced operations leader focused on people and standards.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure all stations are prepared for events.
2. Support recruitment and training of team members.
3. Supervise operations during events and troubleshoot issues.
4. Work with colleagues to improve performance.
5. Engage in loss prevention processes.
6. Support concessions and premium departments as needed.
7. Complete POS updates and maintenance.
8. Implement and communicate promotions.
9. Manage loss prevention activities, including cash handling and variance logs.
10. Coordinate with other departments for requisitions and inventory.
11. Ensure compliance with Payment Card Information security.
12. Implement production sheets to minimize waste.
13. Conduct coaching and safety inspections.
14. Manage team scheduling, payroll, and staffing needs.
15. Handle guest complaints and incidents.
16. Support recruitment and onboarding.
17. Participate in safety and training programs.
18. Assist other properties and departments as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years in food and beverage operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred.
• High computer literacy.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
