Responsibilities include recruiting and supervising concession staff, managing inventories and vendor relations, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field and 3–5+ years in hospitality

THE ROLE

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all concession operations during events
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise concession staff
• Ensure all stands are properly stocked, staffed, and operational
• Monitor sales performance, manage budgets, and control costs
• Oversee inventory management and vendor coordination

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all LegendsGlobal policies and applicable laws.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 3–5+ years of experience in food service, concessions, or hospitality management

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Experience in high-volume stadium, arena, or large venue preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and revenue
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
