Job summary

Levy Sector at Indiana University is seeking a Concessions Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of concession locations during IU events in Bloomington. You will lead a team of hourly and supervisory staff to deliver exceptional guest service, while ensuring financial performance and compliance with standards.

The role partners with culinary, warehouse, and operations teams to provide a best-in-class game day and event experience for fans and guests.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, sports management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of foodservice, concessions, hospitality, or retail management experience.
• Experience managing high-volume operations in sports, entertainment, or event venues preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Knowledge of inventory management, labor planning, and financial accountability.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/point-of-sale systems.
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and IU athletic events.

• Analyze operational results and implement strategies to improve efficiency, revenue, and guest experience.
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management activities for concessions team members.

Job Summary

Working as a Concessions Manager with Levy at Indiana University , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned concession locations within the venue.
