Job Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station according to standards to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Takes orders and prepares items requiring short preparation; completes orders from steam tables and serves at multiple stations.
2. Serves customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food is at the correct temperature, attractive, and tasty. Tastes all prepared food items.
3. Uses ticket-collection procedures and maintains records from the area worked during service.
4. Uses approved recipes and standards to ensure quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
5. Carries pans, kettles, and trays safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
6. Stores foods properly, following safety, wrapping, and dating procedures.
7. Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils to meet sanitation standards.
8. Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant issues to the supervisor.
9. Attends in-service and safety meetings.
10. Maintains good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
11. Performs job safely, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
