Job Summary

This role involves cashiering duties, including transactions, verifying cash drawers, giving change, and completing cash reports. May also include general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in food prep, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform sales transactions efficiently.
2. Enter all sales accurately into the cash register.
3. Make change, accept various payment methods, and issue receipts.
4. Follow procedures for cash refunds.
5. Interact with customers and resolve complaints professionally.
6. Manage change funds and cash receipts, ensuring compliance with standards.
7. Observe customer purchases and differentiate portions.
8. Replenish condiments, beverages, and maintain cleanliness.
9. Keep pastry case stocked.
10. Ensure compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
11. Follow sanitation, ServSafe, and safety requirements.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
