Position Summary

The Concessions Cashier utilizes a cash register and accepts payment while delivering elite customer service to our ballpark patrons. Responsibilities include preparing and serving concession items, pouring beverages, and maintaining food presentation quality. The role requires excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.

This role pays an hourly rate of $11.25 to $12.75.

Evergreen Role

Responsibilities

1. Operate the cash register by entering orders and completing transactions.
2. Maintain stock and supplies, and communicate low stock levels to the Concessions Stand Manager.
3. Respond to customer requests and concerns.
4. Keep the work area clean and organized, including disposing of garbage and cleaning dishes.
5. Serve beverages responsibly, including alcoholic beverages, checking IDs to verify age as per regulations.
6. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in the work areas.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Must be 18 or older.
3. Experience in food service industry preferred.
4. Cash handling experience preferred.
5. Ability to learn cash register operation and handling cash.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude towards co-workers, managers, volunteers, and guests.
