Role Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and fill food and beverage orders.
• Operate the Point of Sale system and process transactions.
• Prepare and serve concession items, pour beverages, and serve guests.
• Ensure food presentation quality and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain excellent attendance in accordance with company policy.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers an hourly wage of $15 plus tips. Benefits for part-time roles include a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, with no application deadline.

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage cash register sales and complete transactions accurately.
• Maintain stock levels and communicate low stock items to the Concessions Stand Manager.
• Respond to customer requests and concerns.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, including disposal of garbage and cleaning dishes.
• Serve beverages responsibly, including alcohol, verifying guest IDs as required by law.
• Adhere to sanitation, health, and safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 or over.
• Experience in food service and cash handling preferred.
• Ability to learn cash register operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.
