Job Summary

Summary: Prepares and serves beverages in a friendly and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to liquor laws regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Set up and stock bar with all necessary supplies.
• Maintain and prepare garnishes, juices, and perishables.
• Greet guests courteously.
• Take and prepare drink orders, practice portion control.
• Verify guest identification.
• Detect guest intoxication and act accordingly.
• Handle cash, verify charges, and record transactions.
• Secure all beverage and cash assets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Arrange bottles and glasses attractively.
• Sterilize stemware.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
