Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking a Concessions Bartender for State Farm Arena. This part-time event-based role requires night and weekend availability, with a pay rate of $10.00 per hour plus tips.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of bartending experience, can engage high-profile guests, and maintain professionalism throughout service. Responsibilities include setting up bars, stocking supplies, serving cocktails, checking IDs, and ensuring compliance with liquor laws while keeping the area clean

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in a similar setting.
• Ability to interact with high profile guests while remaining professional.
• Ability to communicate effectively, problem solve and make decisions with little guidance.
• Stand for long periods and actively engage with guests.
• Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Count the bar by verifying the amounts provided on the stand sheet.
• Sets up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce.
• Maintains stock, prepares, cures and stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality.
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Takes and/or processes orders for drinks; mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes; practices prudent portion control.
• Checks guests at the bar for proper identification.
• Detects and acts upon guest inebriation as trained. Demonstrates knowledge of liquor laws.
• Encourages customers to stop drinking or take safe transportation from event to limit problems/liability.
• Complete Alcohol Incident Log whenever service is denied to a guest.
• Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; keeps work area clean and organized.
• Arranges bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area.
• Washes and sterilizes stemware.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Concessions Bartender is responsible for having excellent communication skills with the ability to serve cocktails to guest. The Bartender will greet customers, answer questions and recommend various menu items. The Bartender is also responsible for keeping the bar area clean for the guests.
