Job Summary

Summary: Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to liquor laws and regulations, including serving to minors and intoxicated guests. Must have a valid TABC license.
• Set up and stock the bar with beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, glassware, and supplies.
• Maintain fresh garnishes, juices, and perishables to ensure quality.
• Greet guests courteously.
• Take and process drink orders, mix and garnish drinks, and practice portion control.
• Check IDs for alcohol service.
• Detect guest intoxication and act accordingly.
• Secure all beverage and food items, cash, and equipment.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Arrange bottles and glasses attractively.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
