Responsibilities

• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations for serving beverages.
• Sets up bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware, ice and garnishes.
• Maintains fresh fruit and garnish prep to ensure quality.
• Greets guests courteously and takes drink orders.
• Mixes and serves drinks according to recipes and portions.
• Checks IDs to verify legal age.
• Detects intoxication per policy and knows liquor laws.
• Processes payments and handles cash with accuracy.
• Locks up and secures all beverage products and cash.
• Keeps the bar area clean and organized and displays bottles attractively.
• Washes and sterilizes stemware and equipment.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
