Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a seasonal Bartender to join the team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. You will fulfill drink orders, mix drinks to standard recipes, and process payments while upholding responsible alcohol service.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of front‑of‑house experience in a high‑volume bar/restaurant, be 18+, and possess strong customer service and communication skills with POS system experience.

• Previous experience using a computerized point of sale system.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill drink orders from guests and servers, collect payment, and process credit card sales.
• Mix drinks following recipes and using company standardized proportions.
• Serve alcohol beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to all alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Complete sales and inventory reports accurately.
• Maintain bar stock by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies.

Physical requirements
