Job Summary

Summary: Receives all liquor, beer, and wine from the storeroom daily and as needed. Replenishes all beverages in the bar throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Retrieves beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers to the bar.
• Sets up bottles on the bar, including 'top shelf' liquor on the back shelf.
• Ensures beer taps are functioning properly.
• Places bar snacks on the counter; keeps supplies stocked.
• Assists in opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Buses tables in the bar area.
• Maintains cleanliness and tidiness of the bar and lounge areas; washes work tables, walls, refrigerators, and floors under equipment; sweeps and mops service areas, including floor mats.
• Removes rubbish from all receptacles.
• Prepares and serves beverages as needed to assist the bartender.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
