Job Summary

Summary: Receives all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom on a daily basis and as needed. Replenishes all liquor, beer and wine as needed in the bar throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of bar areas.
• Ensure the bar remains clean, tidy, and organized throughout the event.
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor and restock supplies such as beverages, ice, cups, garnishes, and other bar essentials throughout the shift.
• Proactively support bartenders by anticipating needs and ensuring they have necessary tools and ingredients during service.
• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Adhere to all state, federal, and corporate alcohol regulations regarding the service and handling of alcoholic beverages, even if not directly serving.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a bar or food & beverage environment preferred but not required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Understanding of basic bar operations and customer service.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to handle alcohol based on local laws.
