Job description

The Concessions Auditor is responsible for providing data entry support to the Management team. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, credit reconciliation and assisting in the preparation and evaluation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial operating reports.

Responsibilities :

  • Verifies ending inventory counts and assists Management with reconciling standsheets post-event.
  • Creates purchase orders into Appetize to ensure invoices are being received and coded correctly for payment in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assists AP process with researching outstanding invoices as requested.
  • Assists Payroll Coordinator with data entry and tip reports.
  • Knowledgeable of POS system including voids, credit card issues, end-of-night procedures.
  • Supports Culinary and Purchasing department leadership with administrative duties as requested including,but not limited to, event logs and inventory counts.
  • Maintains accurate information regarding all vendors including contact information and remittance information for payments.
  • Communicates with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies, ensuring all credit memos for shortages, and incorrect pricinghavebeen issued.

Qualifications :

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to read, speak and write English in order to communicate with staff and guests
  • Ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company and venue standards
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette preferred
  • Ability to effectively listen and take direction from management
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
