A Concessions Attendant works as the central resource in our quick service food operations. Their responsibilities include providing guests with genuine hospitality, speed, and accuracy. This role offers the opportunity to handle various tasks within the Food & Beverage sector and is crucial to our program's success.

JOB DUTIES
  • Provide friendly, quality, and genuine hospitality to each guest.
  • Greet guests, take orders, prepare, and serve offerings according to established standards.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, including dietary and allergen information.
  • Operate cash register, handle payments, and give correct change.
  • Prepare food and beverages as needed, anticipating guest volume.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards per health regulations.
  • Follow recipes accurately and ensure timely food and beverage preparation.
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
  • Stock and replenish supplies as necessary.
  • Set up and break down events and resort functions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Ability to read and understand written instructions
  • Ability to work outdoors in fluctuating temperatures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including email and internet use
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work during non-business hours for events
  • Valid driver's license required
