Overview

A Concessions Attendant works as the central resource to our quick service food operations. Their responsibilities revolve around providing guests with genuine hospitality, speed, and accuracy. This position offers the opportunity to wear several hats within the F&B sector and is vital to our program's success.

Job Duties

1. Provide friendly, quality, genuine hospitality to each guest.
2. Greet guests, take orders, prepare, and serve offerings following established standards.
3. Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, including dietary and allergen guidelines.
4. Operate cash register and handle payments accurately.
5. Prepare food and beverages as needed, anticipating guest volume.
6. Maintain neatness, safety, and sanitation according to health regulations.
7. Follow recipes and maintain food and beverage quality.
8. Complete food and beverage prep assignments timely and accurately.
9. Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
10. Stock and replenish supplies as needed.
11. Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment regularly.
12. Set up and break down events and functions.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Valid driver’s license.
2. At least 6 months of food & beverage experience.
3. Ability to read and understand instructions.
4. Strong communication and customer service skills.
5. Ability to work outdoors in fluctuating temperatures.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Basic computer skills, including email and internet use.
8. Flexibility to work during non-business hours for events.
